The Michigan State baseball team kicked off its 2008 season with its annual First Pitch Dinner on Tuesday, Feb. 19 at Spartan Stadium. The night's honored guest was Drayton McLane Jr., owner/CEO of the Houston Astros. Mr. McLane, who earned his master's degree from Michigan State in 1959, was named the 2008 MSU Baseball Alumnus of the Year. Click on the link below for a photo gallery of the evening's events.
