2006-07 (Sophomore): Starter in the 174 weight class...Posted a 16-19 NCAA record...Posted one fall and three technical decisions...Won first match of season with a 16-1 major decision against Olivet's Joe McAllister at the Eastern Michigan Open...Also picked up another victory at EMU's tournament, defeating Brockport's Eric VanPatten, 8-3...Tallied five wins in the Michigan State Open, earning a fourth-place finish in the 174 weight class...Posted three wins in Penn State's Open, defeating Rutger's McPaul Ogbonna 4-0, Drexel's Scott Hunter 9-6 and Army's Brent Smith 6-5...En route to a third-place finish, pinned Jamestown Community College's Dave Hanson in 1:09 at the Cleveland State Open, and earned major decision wins against Kent State's Greg Heinz and Chris Estep...Competed in 11 duals, earned over Michigan, Ohio State, and Indiana.

2005-06 (RS Freshman): Went 14-10 wrestling at 184 pounds...Placed fourth at the EMU Open, winning six matches on the day...Place seventh at the MSU Open, and eighth in his first appearance at the Midlands Championships...Won his first-career dual meet at Pittsburgh against Kyle Deliere, 5-3...Also competed in dual meets against Purdue and Northwestern...Won the team's Commitment Award.

2004-05 (Redshirt): Redshirted...Went 9-8 in open competition...Won the first two matches of his career, defeating Andy Zalaiskalns of Findlay, 5-4, and Central Michigan's Christian Sinnott by sudden victory, 3-2...Took fifth at the EMU Open, recording three victories...Went 2-2, good for fourth at the Kent State Open...Captured his lone fall of the season against Jamestown's Dustin Bloom at 1:21.

PREP: Three-time state placer, taking sixth twice and second his senior year...Helped lead St. Rita to team state championships both his junior and senior years...Was Reno World Champion in 2002...Took double All-American honors at Fargo Freestyle Greco Nationals in 2002.
