2006-07 (Junior): Starter in 184-pound weight class...Recorded a 25-11 overall mark and 24-10 NCAA record...Outscored dual opponents 29-19...Went 3-0 in falls, 2-0 in technical falls and 2-1 in major decisions...Placed in four tournaments, including first at the Penn State Open...Posted a 15-0 technical fall against Millersville's Steve Funk in the first round of the PSU Open, then defeated Rutger's Michael Elshamy with a 5:20 fall...Won the tournament with a 6-4 sudden victory over Purdue's Brent Chriswell...Posted another technical fall against Vince Jones (independent), a 19-4 victory at the Midlands tournament...Beat Jack Jensen of Oklahoma State for the second straight year in the season-opening dual, 10-9... Also defeated No. 15 John Dergo in the Illinois dual, 8-3...Bested Pitt's Mike Heist 9-1...Recorded eight takedowns, including six in the third period, in an 18-6 major-decision victory over Indiana's Nick Avery...Competed in Big Ten Championships.

2005-06 (Sophomore): Went 1-3 at the Big Ten Championships, defeating Ohio State's Alex Picazo by a 9-3 decision and finishing eighth...Finished the season with a 10-14 record, wrestling in 11 of 14 dual meets...Scored a season high in points in the final dual of the season against Oklahoma's Travis West, winning by major decision, 18-8...Took sixth at the Michigan State Open despite having to injury default with an injury...Won in the opening dual meet of the season against Oklahoma State's Jack Jensen, 8-4...Also claimed dual-meet wins against Omar Maktabi of Michigan and Matt Maciag of WIsconsin, compiling a total of 10 dual-meet points for the Spartans on the season.

2004-05 (RS Freshman): Suffered a season-ending knee injury in early February...Claimed 16 of his first 17 decisions on the season...Recorded his lone technical fall of the season in his first match...Went a perfect 4-0 at the Muskegon Open, taking first place...Compiled a 4-1 record at the MSU Open, taking home second...Captured his first win of the season by fall against Jon Gaffney of New Hampshire at the MSU Open...Won the North Carolina Open, going 4-0...Won his first-ever dual-meet match, 10-4, over Russ Vanderheyden of Central Michigan...Went 4-2 at the Midlands Championships, good for seventh place...Notched five falls on the year...Wrestled the last four matches of his season with a severely torn miniscus.

2003-04 (Redshirt): Redshirted...Finished 7-4 in open cometition...Took fourth place at the EMU Open...Finished 5-2 and took fourth place at the MSU Open.
