HIGH SCHOOL: Rated the No. 2 player in Michigan by The Detroit News and the No. 6 player by the Detroit Free Press in 2005...also named a Street & Smith's honorable mention All-American prior to the season...nominated for the McDonald's All-American game...averaged 18 points, four assists, five rebounds and four steals as a senior for the Chieftans...named a WXYZ Scholar-Athlete of the Week in 2005...earned All-Macomb Area Conference (Red Division) honors her first three years...team MVP in all four years...named all-county and all-metro by the Detroit Free Press and The Detroit News all three years, including first-team honors her junior year...Associated Press first-team all-state her junior year...team captain for three seasons...averaged 13 points a game her freshman year, 15 points her sophomore year and 16.5 points her junior year...set the school's career scoring record...also a member of the track and field team as a sprinter, earning All-Macomb Country Red MVP honors...played club basketball with the Motor City Blazers for 10 years...member of the National Honors Society...had a 3.9 GPA.
